An exquisitely engraved and chased ceremonial trowle.
Hallmarked for Sheffield 1892
This trowle is made from very heavy gauge sliver with an ivory handle.
Gifted to the Mayor of Belfast for laying the foundation stone of St.Barnabas Church Belfast on the 7th May 1892.
Come in its original beautifully made presentation box witch is lined with silk velour and is covered in leather with gilt detailing.
In pristine condition.
