A wonderful sterling silver trophy cup by Charles Boyton

A wonderful example of a Victorian sterling silver trophy cup made by the renown silversmith Charles Boyton 2nd.

Decorated with a scrolled floral design with garlands of flowers ,the cartouches are blank/ uninscribed and the interior is 22k gilt.

Hallmarked London1864.

In excellent original condition /no repairs or restoration.

The cup measures 25.5cm tall ,24cm wide , the cup is 15.5cm in diameter with the base measuring 12.5cm in diameter.
